To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
It is advised to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods email us at Info@geoelectricbikes.com before you make a return. Goods must be in original packaging. Goods must not be fitted or used. The customer is responsible for meeting the return postage costs. The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive in good condition. We will refund in full less the cost of delivery
14 Days Return to comply with distance selling regulations.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Clothing and Accessories must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
We offer Free UK shipping on all of our products if you live Highlands & Islands, please contact us as there may be an additional charge to ship to remote locations, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery within the UK is free on orders valued at £100 or more, on orders valued at less than £100 an extra charge of £5 for postage and packing will be made
Shipping returns - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Distance selling regulations:
You can cancel your order up to 14 days.
If you are returning an item worth over £75, you should only use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. if you can not provide tracking information.
When your purchase arrives If the outside packaging is damaged please inform the driver and contact us immediately, take detailed photos of the packaging before opening the carton and also images of the defect/damage if it has occurred.
If you are returning the e-bike because of a non-damage reason do ensure that the e-bike reaches us in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the e-bike is packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Any damage caused by a failure to repack the bike properly could be deducted from your refund.
